Driven by her passions for both the culinary arts and visual art, Manó founded ManoConcept in 2020, a project that seamlessly blends the two worlds in a revolutionary way.

    Manó grows her biomaterial using a unique fermentation process, producing SCOBY, a cellulose-based byproduct of kombucha (fermented tea). She uses only natural ingredients, including teas, fruits, and flowers, to add colour to her creations.

    Using recycled wine bottles, Manó creates innovative yet simple art objects that are hand-selected, cut, sanded, and polished by her.

  3. 3

    Manó's pieces are all one-of-a-kind. The process of creating each work is slow and thoughtful, taking up to a month from beginning to end.
